Say you took a volcano vaporizer and vaporized some marijuana so that all the active molecule were turned into a vapor. With a volcano vaporizer the vapor is put into a large plastic bag. Now I've had this question in my head for a month or two but what would happen if you just let the bag cool without letting any of the cannabinoids escape? Would they condensate through the bag, degrade, or would the molecules stick to the wall of the bag? I'm talking about doing this several times as the bag is large and the molecules would only take up a small portion of it and would be difficult to find until done multiple times.

I think you're talking about marijuana resin. I'm not too sure about a vaporizer with a bag; however, I do know that with a vaporizer that uses a whip (plastic tube), some of the vapor does leave a resin on the inside of the whip.
It is conceivable that some of the vapor will diffuse through the bag, but that a majority of it will form a thin layer of resin on the inside of the bag. After filling the bag with vapor many times (it will take more than a few times, I'd say at least 10), you should be able get the resin out of the bag and smoke it.
You do this by pouring some rubbing alcohol into the bag, shaking the bag, and pouring the contents (which should look like green alcohol) into a vessel like a bowl or a pot (depending on how much rubbing alcohol you have to use). Let the "canna-alcohol" sit in the open vessel at room temperature until the rubbing alcohol has evaporated. **Make sure you let ALL the rubbing alcohol evaporate so you don't smoke any of it**. After the alcohol has evaporated, scrape the resin out of the vessel (resin is most commonly rolled into a ball and smoked out of a pipe) and enjoy! Vaporizer resin is very smooth and will get you very high.
